OUR APPROACH
Corporate Involvement
Our SPONSORED PARTNERSHIP from your Corporate Social Investment (CSI) awards us the opportunity to partner with a school on your behalf to implement the project.
Learner Ambassadors
Learners are given the opportunity to become BTF Ambassadors (3 per grade). Ambassadors are equipped with skills to support their fellow learners, themselves and the school.
School Leadership
A comprehensive due diligence and needs analysis are performed at the schools to assess emotional and physical challenges.
The whole program is built around overcoming these challenges.
Coaching Programs
The program makes provision for a qualified Life Skills coach to implement and run Life Skills Coaching programs for the Learners and to support the ambassadors. Sees section below on some of our Life Skills Coaching Programs.
Teachers
The entire Faculty is Equipped with Internationally Accredited Coaching Skills and Personality Profiling Skills to use an approach of Ownership and accountability in the classroom. 2 Faculty members are selected to become qualified Life Coaches in the School.
Sustainability
Together with the school leadership team, the ambassadors and coaches we implement a sustainability program that ensures continuation of the project after year 1 wherein all parties take ownership.
