Eduan is the Lead Concept Developer for the programme and has developed the end to end delivery of the programme.

He is a Master Coach and Coach Trainer with a passion for other people's success.

His ability to align context to concepts sets him apart in the industry that he works in.

With corporate experience as a Project Manager, Transition Specialist and Senior Solutions Architect, Eduan brings his wealth of knowledge, in the areas of achievement and success, alive in this project. The icon of Nelson Mandela is one of his first choices of a mentor.

A visionary of note and a strategic thinker with a passion for change and transformation.

Jacques saw the opportunity of a better future in the symbol of the fence and decided to start the "Beyond the Fence" concept, as a message of hope and reconciliation. Jacques is a lover of the fine arts which is no surprise why he is such a fine visionary.

As a thought leader with a passion for "out of the box thinking", Jacques has brought many ideas to life, which has changed the way people do business today.

Empowered-Living with founder Eduan Pieterse ensures that the project is delivered with optimum results and efficiency.

The team delivers most of the training through their partner network and works closely and consistently with the Learner Ambassadors to Deliver results.

With over 20 years experience in the business of Life- and Business Skills coaching and their accreditation with the International Coach Federation (ICF), we were looking to partner with a company that is as passionate about people, change and the REAL trust as we were. Therefore it is no surprise that we have partnered with Inner Life Skills(r) on this epic project.

Marc Alexander was born in Pretoria, South Africa in 1972. He now lives and works with his wife and four children in Cape Town. He is best known for his focus on South African heritage and icons such as his many portraits of late President Nelson Mandela.

Marc’s portraits are so lifelike that they are often viewed with amazement, especially by those who had known Mr Mandela personally. Marc’s limited edition prints of these portraits are being snatched up by admirers and collectors from all over the world, including the likes of Mandela’s dear friend and former American president Bill Clinton. More recently, the Presidency of South Africa purchased prints from Marc, as gifts for all the dignitaries who attended President Jacob Zuma’s 2014 inauguration.
